Terms & Conditions

It is an offence to supply liquor to any person under the age of 18 years. It is also an offence to purchase liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18 years.

Delivery is made via Australia Post, and usually occurs between 2-10 working days from receipt of order and funds. Echuca Hampers endeavour to have your goods delivered as quickly as possible, however, postage delays are beyond our control and Echuca Hampers cannot be held liable for such delays.

In the event that you direct our carrier to leave goods unattended (for example, in a garage, verandah etc), neither Echuca Hampers nor our carriers can be held liable.

In the event that goods delivered are broken or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement of the goods as quickly as possible.

Gift vouchers can be used in store, or via phone ordering. Gift vouchers are not refundable, nor are they redeemable for cash.

​

Echuca Hampers will not be liable to honour pricing where errors and omissions have been made.
